Yoga In Calabria, Southern Italy 14th-21st September 2024
We always have a wonderful time at Gran Hotel San Michele, hosted by the fabulous Ornella, who has fast become a good friend. We love the views over the sea whilst we practice yoga and from the terrace whilst we eat breakfast, and sometimes dinner. Everyone enjoys the gorgeous little beach, and even the quirky lift we have to use to get there. And the staff and lifeguards at the beach restaurant – two brothers – are always jolly and friendly. A firm favourite with us all!

June 2022: Ischia, Italy
Our third trip to Casa Benedetto on this stunning island was as delightful as ever and I was blessed with another wonderful group.
October 2021: 4-night break at Punto De Luz, Andalusia, Spain
A third break at the very peaceful Source of Light where our host Richard treated us to the most delightful vegan feasts each day. This was a four-night break – with the most fantastic group of ladies.

5th June 2021 Ischia, Italy: June 2020: Ischia, Italy. Summer 2020, Annecy, France: Trail running, SUP, and yoga adventure holiday. An exciting new venture in conjunction with Adventure 360 SUP & Trail. Like everyone, we were forced to cancel events during the pandemic.
28th September to 5th October 2019 Ischia, Italy
Another fabulous week with a great group of ladies. This trip coincided with the renowned Festa Di San Michele, and so, we were treated to music, parades, and firework displays to make all other pale into insignificance!
8th to 15th June 2019 Source Of Light, Andalusia, Spain A wonderful week in the mountains at Punto De Luz, or Source Of Light. Since my last visit, there is a beautiful new yoga studio overlooking the valley, lake, and sea beyond. A stunning and peaceful venue with comfortable accommodation, exceptional food, and wonderful, caring staff. An oasis of calm.
7th to 14th July 2018 Ischia, thermal island off Naples, Italy: Lorna is excited to be hosting a week here as she speaks Italian, having studied languages and lived in Northern Italy as a student. The holiday is at the family-run Casa Benedetto, situated in a cobbled side street in the charming village of Succhivo. The venue is small with clean ensuite rooms. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk.
8th-15th July ’17: Source of Light, above Malaga in Spain: Lorna loves this fabulous yoga-specific venue. Breathtaking views of Lake Viñuela and the Mediterranean Sea, as well as delicious, homemade vegetarian food and a relaxing vibe make this an extremely popular destination.
3rd-10th October 2017: Kissamos in Crete: a return to this stunning beach-side favourite in the small town of Kissamos.

Yoga Holidays In Turkey 11th – 18th May 2015 Dalyan Delta
The Dalyan Delta is an area of outstanding natural beauty. Areas of interest to visit include the famous Lycian tombs, the Izutuzu turtle beach, and the mud baths, as well as boat trips along the river and walks.
Turquoise Coast 12th – 19th October 2015
The hotel is a short walk from the beach. 
The yoga platform looks over the sea and has natural shades that can be moved back to reveal a stunning view.
