lunayoga&health was set up by Lorna Chapman in 2003 to offer yoga in Winchester and the surrounding area.

Lorna has drawn inspiration from a range of yoga styles, including Iyengar, Ashtanga, and Vini, leading her to develop her own style of Hatha Yoga Flow.

We run yoga classes run in Kings Worthy and Winchester and welcome all ages and abilities.  We  also offer private yoga tuition for individuals, couples or small groups, and office yoga in your workplace during lunch hours or after work.
