Yoga For Pianists online

Music is soul food for so many of us and a great way to forget the stresses and strains of the day. I love to lose myself as I play my gorgeous piano. But playing the piano, or any instrument, can inadvertently introduce tension into your whole system. It’s useful to be aware of our posture, breathing and facial tension whilst at our instruments. Before and after practice or performance, we can also use certain techniques to maintain a sense of calm and stem nerves, as well as do yoga exercises to help prevent physical problems, particularly in our hands, shoulders and necks.

Why not find out more by trying out this first set of four short online classes to help keep you relaxed and calm before during and after your piano practice and performance? Click on the link below to purchase the classes, which you will have access to forever.
