Yoga Classes

COVID UPDATE: Face-to-face yoga will be back from Monday 7th June.  
Covid-safe precautions will be set in place: mats will be placed two metres apart, surfaces such as door handles will be sanitised and windows will be open where possible. Participants will be required to wear face masks when entering and exiting the building. 

Zoom classes will continue with a new 30-minute Monday Lunchtime Yoga Blitz class. One-to-one sessions will continue to be available via Zoom. Restorative sessions will resume via Zoom in autumn 2021.

Lorna runs yoga classes run in Kings Worthy and Winchester and welcome all ages and abilities. She also offers expert private yoga tuition for individuals, couples, or small groups, and office yoga in your workplace during lunch hours or after work.

Monday Lunchtime Yoga Blitz 12-12:30pm.

Face to Face:

Monday Yoga Class 6:30-8pm

Tuesday Yoga Class 9:30-10:45am

Restorative Yoga 7-8pm, via Zoom

Save £1 per class if you book the half-term block in face-to-face classes. Monday Lunchtime Yoga Blitz via Zoom is bookable only as a six-week block.

To book, contact Lorna. You may arrange a session via Zoom, or at your home when restrictions are eased.

Corporate Yoga:

Book Teams or Zoom sessions for you and your colleagues online…. you can be working form anywhere in the world to enjoy these and connect with people on different sites. Themed workshops can also be arranged, for example Yoga At Your Desk, Yoga To Reduce Stress, Yoga For Eye Strain.

SUP Yoga: 

Hamble River: spring and summer only. Dates for 2021 TBA. Please contact Lorna to register your interest. Private group sessions available. Book via Adventure 360

SUP Tuition: 

Ask Lorna about small group and 1-2-1 stand-up paddle board tuition. If you don’t have a board, we can rent you one. Book via Adventure 360

Whole Food Plant Based Dietary Advice:

Would you like to improve your diet and introduce more whole foods into your meals? Or maybe you’d love to become vegan, but are unsure of how to cook healthy vegan food.
